Pink Funnel Cake Ice Cream Sundae

Ice cream sandwiches are cuter when they're made out of pink funnel cakes.

Ingredients

Strawberry funnel cake:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup White Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Whole Milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Puree
  • 2 tsp Red Food Coloring
  • 3 cups Plain Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Canola Oil

Assembling and garnish:

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Cookies and Cream Ice Cream
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Rainbow Sprinkles
  • Fresh Mint Leaves

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and white sugar.
  2. Add whole milk, water, strawberry puree and red food coloring and whisk until fully combined.
