Pork Belly and Cabbage Dumplings

These dumplings are little pouches of deliciousness.



  • 18 Rice round wrappers
  • 1/2 Pound Cooked Pork belly filling
  • 1 Cup Pork belly filling frozen stock
  • Water for steaming

Dipping Sauce

  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp diced chilis


  1. "Fill the rice wrppers with the pork belly filling and the frozen stock.
  2. Pleat, three ways, as shown, and refrigerate
