Pork Belly and Cabbage Dumplings
These dumplings are little pouches of deliciousness.
Ingredients
Dumplings
- 18 Rice round wrappers
- 1/2 Pound Cooked Pork belly filling
- 1 Cup Pork belly filling frozen stock
- Water for steaming
Dipping Sauce
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp diced chilis
Steps
- "Fill the rice wrppers with the pork belly filling and the frozen stock.
- Pleat, three ways, as shown, and refrigerate
