Pot Pesto Pasta

Jen and Julie prepare a delicious pesto pasta dish to enjoy your specialty "herbs."


  • 3 cups fresh basil
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pecorino, grated
  • 4 grams specialty herb, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 16 ounces linguini, freshly cooked and drained


  1. In a small saucepan, heat and simmer butter and specialty herb on medium heat. Turn off heat after 10 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In food processor, combine basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, and pecorino. Mix until you have your desired consistency.
