Pot Pesto Pasta
Jen and Julie prepare a delicious pesto pasta dish to enjoy your specialty "herbs."
- 3 cups fresh basil
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup pecorino, grated
- 4 grams specialty herb, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces linguini, freshly cooked and drained
- In a small saucepan, heat and simmer butter and specialty herb on medium heat. Turn off heat after 10 minutes. Set aside.
- In food processor, combine basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, and pecorino. Mix until you have your desired consistency.
