Potato and Cheese Bombs

If you have leftover mashed potatoes, take advantage of this recipe.


  • 1 ½ kg potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • Bread crumbs
  • Salt, pepper, and parsley to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 750g fresh cheese


  1. Boil the potatoes and mash them. Let them cool. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and season with salt and parsley.
  2. Season the mashed potatoes with a pinch of salt and pepper (just a pinch). Cut the cheese into pieces. Heat the oil over low heat so that it is very hot at the time of cooking.
