Rainbow Grapes

Want to make grapes sweeter? Roll them in tangy Jello powder and you'll never guess they're not candy.

Ingredients

  • Fresh grapes
  • Toothpicks
  • Water
  • Red, orange, yellow, green and purple Jell-o powder

Steps

  1. First, divide the Jell-O powder into individual bowls. Working with one grape at a time, stick a toothpick into the end of the grape and dunk it into the water. Place it into the center of one bowl of Jell-O powder and cover the grape in Jell-O powder using a spoon. This will create a smooth, even coating on the grape — swirling the grape in the powder can cause a lumpy, uneven surface.
  2. Transfer the grape to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and gently remove the toothpick. Allow the surface of the grapes to dry to the touch, 30 minutes to 1 hour. Arrange the grapes in a bowl in the color of the rainbow and enjoy!
