Rice Pudding Arancini
Move over donut holes, rice pudding arancini balls are stealing the spotlight!
Ingredients
Arancini
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 whole eggs, beaten
- 5 ounces Marie style cookies, finely ground
- Canola oil for frying
- Cinnamon-sugar mixture to taste
- Chocolate Sauce
- 1 cup whole milk
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Pinch of salt
Rice Pudding
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 ½ cups of whole milk
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
Steps
- Shape cooled rice pudding mixture into one and a half-inch round balls.
- Dredge each ball of rice pudding in the flour, then the eggs, and lastly in the ground cookies.
