SAUTEED SHRIMP TACOS AND RAINBOW CRIOLLA
We're seeing the rainbow in these shrimp tacos
Ingredients
Shrimps
- 12 shrimp tails
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Criolla
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 orange
- 1/2 grapefruit
- 1/2 red onion
- cilantro leaves
- mint leaves
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil to taste
Sauteed shrimp
- Rainbow criolla
- 3 corn tortillas
- Cilantro leaves to taste
- 1 lime
- 1 chili pepper
- Spicy sauce to taste (optional)
Steps
- Mix in a bowl the chopped garlic and ginger with the honey and olive oil and the shrimp tails.
- If you have time let rest 30 minutes in the fridge.
