SAUTEED SHRIMP TACOS AND RAINBOW CRIOLLA

We're seeing the rainbow in these shrimp tacos

Ingredients

Shrimps

  • 12 shrimp tails
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Criolla

  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1/2 red onion
  • cilantro leaves
  • mint leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil to taste

Sauteed shrimp

  • Rainbow criolla
  • 3 corn tortillas
  • Cilantro leaves to taste
  • 1 lime
  • 1 chili pepper
  • Spicy sauce to taste (optional)

Steps

  1. Mix in a bowl the chopped garlic and ginger with the honey and olive oil and the shrimp tails.
  2. If you have time let rest 30 minutes in the fridge.
