Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar, divided
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350f. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the room temperature butter and 1/3 cup sugar together in a bowl until well combined.
