Spaghetti and Marmite

One of America's favorite foods combines with our friends across the pond's favorite item to create something truly unique.


  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 3/4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons marmite
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan
  • Sea salt and pepper


  1. Place a sauce pot of salted water over high heat. Once boiling, add the spaghetti and cook until al dente.
  2. In a pan set over medium heat, melt the butter and crush in the garlic cloves. Once the pasta is just cooked, add garlic to the noodles.
