Ingredients
For the steak
- Ribeye - 1Lb
- Butter - ¾Lb
- Sea Salt - 1 Oz
- Rosmery - 1 Oz
- Garlic - 3U
- Neutral Oil
- Pepper - 1 Oz
For the sauce
- Onion red - 1U
- Butter - ½ Lb
- Pepper - ½ Lb
- Brandy - 2 Oz
- Beef Stock - 8 Oz
- Double Cream - 8 Oz
- Sauce Worcestershire - 4 Oz
For topping
- Chives - ¼ Oz
Steps
- Season your meat with sea salt and black pepper then leave in fridge uncovered for min 1h, ideally overnight (this was a 1 LB ribeye)
- Remove from fridge an hour before cooking
