Steak with Peppercorn Sauce.

Take your steak to the next level with this rich and delicious peppercorn sauce.

Ingredients

For the steak

  • Ribeye - 1Lb
  • Butter - ¾Lb
  • Sea Salt - 1 Oz
  • Rosmery - 1 Oz
  • Garlic - 3U
  • Neutral Oil
  • Pepper - 1 Oz

For the sauce

  • Onion red - 1U
  • Butter - ½ Lb
  • Pepper - ½ Lb
  • Brandy - 2 Oz
  • Beef Stock - 8 Oz
  • Double Cream - 8 Oz
  • Sauce Worcestershire - 4 Oz

For topping

  • Chives - ¼ Oz

Steps

  1. Season your meat with sea salt and black pepper then leave in fridge uncovered for min 1h, ideally overnight (this was a 1 LB ribeye)
  2. Remove from fridge an hour before cooking
