Ingredients
Strawberry Cream Puffs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 ounces milk
- 3 1/2 ounces water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 eggs
Filling
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh strawberries, cut into slices
Steps
- In a saucepan bring the milk, water, sugar, salt and butter to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add flour all at once and incorporate mixing energetically with a wooden spoon until homogenous.
