Strawberry Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 4 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, honey and poppy seeds.
  2. In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, strawberries and sliced almonds.
