Surprise Rainbow Cake Pops

Of course the rainbow tastes like cake covered in white chocolate. That's science.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Rainbow food coloring

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until pale and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract, egg, and salt, and mix to combine.
