Sweet Glazed Pork Chops

  • 2 Bone-in Pork Chops
  • 2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1⁄4 Cup of Holland House Organic Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Onion Finely Diced
  • 2 Tbsp of Capers
  • 2 Rosemary Springs
  • 1⁄2 Cup of Water
  • 3 Tbsp of Cold Butter, Cubed


  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and add 1 tbsp of brown sugar.
  2. In a cast-iron pan over medium-high heat, heat oil. Sear pork chops for 3-5 minutes per side, then set aside.
