Tiny Beef Wellington
If you're only feeling peckish, this little English specialty is for you.
Ingredients
- 1-inch piece beef tenderloin fillet
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 3 tiny mushrooms
- 1 thin slices prosciutto
- 2-inch piece of puff pastry
- 1 quail egg yolk, beaten
Steps
- Heat a pan. Salt and pepper the beef. Add olive oil to pan and sear beef on all sides.
- Remove beef from pan and spread mustard over top.
