Tiny Carrot Cake

This tiny carrot cake counts as a serving of veggies... right?

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch allspice
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon shredded carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon quail egg
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese icing

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices. Add sugar, milk, butter, carrots and egg. Pour into a greased cake pan.
