Tiny Carrot Cake
This tiny carrot cake counts as a serving of veggies... right?
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch allspice
- Pinch nutmeg
- Pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon shredded carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon quail egg
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese icing
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices. Add sugar, milk, butter, carrots and egg. Pour into a greased cake pan.
