Tiny Doughnuts
Maybe one of only a few occasions when you can eat three doughnuts and not feel full.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons beaten egg
- 3 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pink frosting
- Rainbow sprinkles
Steps
- Combine milk, egg, flour and sugar into a sticky batter. Place on floured surface and make 3 1/4 inch disk.
- Use a straw to cut out a hole in the middle of each disk. Heat oil and fry doughnuts until golden brown. Remove from oil and frost. Top with sprinkles.
