Tiny Doughnuts

Maybe one of only a few occasions when you can eat three doughnuts and not feel full.


  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoons beaten egg
  • 3 tablespoons self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink frosting
  • Rainbow sprinkles


  1. Combine milk, egg, flour and sugar into a sticky batter. Place on floured surface and make 3 1/4 inch disk.
  2. Use a straw to cut out a hole in the middle of each disk. Heat oil and fry doughnuts until golden brown. Remove from oil and frost. Top with sprinkles.
