Tiny French Onion Soup
Enjoy the taste of a French classic without worrying about onion breath.
Ingredients
- 1 pearl onion, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 4 thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon beef broth
- 1 piece crouton
- 1/2-inch circle provolone
Steps
- Sauté onion in a pot until soft. Add garlic, thyme and broth and bring to a simmer.
- Pour into an oven-safe dish, and top with crouton and cheese.
