Tiny French Onion Soup

Enjoy the taste of a French classic without worrying about onion breath.


  • 1 pearl onion, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 4 thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon beef broth
  • 1 piece crouton
  • 1/2-inch circle provolone


  1. Sauté onion in a pot until soft. Add garlic, thyme and broth and bring to a simmer.
  2. Pour into an oven-safe dish, and top with crouton and cheese.
