Tiny Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup

The perfect combo for when you're feeling just a bit chilly.


  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 3 tablespoons pureed tomato
  • 2 teaspoons cream
  • Butter
  • 2 tiny pieces bread
  • 2 1/2 squares American cheese


  1. Sauté onion and thyme. Stir in tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Finish with cream. Add butter to skillet.
  2. Sandwich cheese between two pieces of bread and grill on both sides until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
