Who says you can't have turkey for breakfast? For a twist on chilaquiles, grab your holiday leftovers and TOSTITOS® Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips, and whip up a morning meal the whole family will love.
- 1 bag TOSTITOS® Lightly Salted (12 oz)
- 1 cup turkey (leftovers)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup chopped red pepper
- ¼ cup chopped green pepper
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic clove
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup queso fresco or feta cheese
- ¼ cup sliced jalapeño
- Add onion, garlic and bell pepper, chopped, to a pan with hot oil.
- Add tomato sauce and leftover turkey, shredded, season with salt and pepper.
