Who says you can't have turkey for breakfast? For a twist on chilaquiles, grab your holiday leftovers and TOSTITOS® Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips, and whip up a morning meal the whole family will love.


  • 1 bag TOSTITOS® Lightly Salted (12 oz)
  • 1 cup turkey (leftovers)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup chopped red pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup queso fresco or feta cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeño


  1. Add onion, garlic and bell pepper, chopped, to a pan with hot oil.
  2. Add tomato sauce and leftover turkey, shredded, season with salt and pepper.
