TOSTITOS® Crispy Turkey Burger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup TOSTITOS® Bite Size Rounds
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 pound leftover, fully-cooked turkey breast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 3 pickle slices

Steps

  1. Cut the turkey into a burger size square.
  2. Crush the TOSTITOS® Bite Size Rounds on a plate and set aside.
