TRDELNIK WITH ICE CREAM

Ingredients

Dough

  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • 2 ½ tsp dried yeast
  • ¼ cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp orange juice
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 ¾ tbsp sunflower oil

Brushing

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Granulated white sugar
  • Ground cinnamon

Garnish

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • Strawberries

Steps

  1. For baking the trdelnik, line a wood rolling pin with aluminum foil and brush it with vegetable oil.
  2. For the dough, place bread flower and pour the milk.
