- 300 grams peeled peanuts
- 9 cloves of garlic
- 5 cloves of shallot
- 2 stalks of celery leaf, finely chopped
- The oil for frying
- Blend shallot, garlic and little bit of oil.
- Mix the peeled peanut with ground spices. Add salt and mix well. Set aside for one hour.
