Wagyu Beef Cutlet Sandwich
Wagyu beef is everything, and when it's made into a panko-breaded patty topped with crisp veggies it becomes a sandwich no one can say no to.
Ingredients
- 300 grams wagyu sirloin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- Panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons tonkatsu sauce
- 2 tablespoons tartar sauce
- 2 slices bread, lightly toasted
- 1 teaspoon butter, softened at room temperature
- 1/3 teaspoon mustard
- 4-6 leaves lettuce
- 2 sliced onions
- 1/4 tomato, sliced
Steps
- Season beef with salt and pepper on both sides. Thoroughly coat with flour.
- Dip the beef into the beaten egg, followed by a nice coating of panko bread crumbs.
