Which watermelon on a stick would you pick?

Ingredients

  • 1 Watermelon
  • 10 oz White Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Rainbow Sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Caramelized Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Cookie Crumbs

Steps

  1. Place the watermelon on a cutting board and with a large knife slice it to 1-inch discs. Cut each disc into fourths.
  2. Using a knife, creat a small slit in the center of the watermelon's green rind. Insert a wooden stick and push up through the watermelon about 2 inches.
