White Chocolate Raspberry Tart

  • *Four 10 centimeters mini tart tins with removable bottoms
  • 180 grams Oreos
  • 75 grams unsalted butter, melted
  • 300 grams fresh raspberries

White Chocolate Filling

  • 180 grams white cooking chocolate
  • 90 milliliters heavy cream


  1. Add Oreo cookies to a food processor and process until you reach a fine crumb.
  2. Add the butter and blitz until you have a damp, sandy mixture.
