Whole Roasted Cauliflower
Simple, delicious and healthy. Roasted Cauliflower.
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 1/4 cups grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Cut down the stem of the cauliflower so that it stands flat and place stem-side down in a baking dish.
