Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Simple, delicious and healthy. Roasted Cauliflower.


  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 1/4 cups grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Cut down the stem of the cauliflower so that it stands flat and place stem-side down in a baking dish.
