Wrapped Pork Sausage
Skip the sandwich and choose this savory pastry stuffed with yummy sausage.
- 1 Pork sausage
- 1 Empanada wrapper (can use puff pastry or similar)
- 1 grilled pepper
- 100 grams cheese
- Chimichurri sauce (chopped parsley, minced garlic, vegetable oil, oregano, white vinegar)
- 2 spoons of mustard
- Roast the pork sausages for 15 minutes on each side and let cool.
