Menu detail
Meryl Feinstein & Bronwen Kinzler-Britton
Meryl Feinstein is a chef and pastaia who transitioned from the corporate world into the food industry in 2018. After graduating Top Toque from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, Meryl got her start at the renowned Brooklyn establishments, Lilia Ristorante and Misi, where she was part of the pasta production team. Meryl is also the founder of Pasta Social Club, a platform that brings people together through a shared love of pasta, learning, and building real connections both on- and offline. Her dishes draw on influences from her travels in Italy, ongoing research into the rich history of traditional pasta-making, and increasingly her Jewish heritage, which is at the core of her love of eating, sharing, and laughing around a communal table.
Bronwen Kinzler-Britton is a Texas-born chef. Raised in the kitchen, and tired of spending her days at a desk, she followed her lifelong passion and traded her 9–5 for a career in the food industry in 2017. She has since worked at Brooklyn favorites, Paulie Gee’s and Misi. Bronwen’s southern roots and long-standing love of connecting over food have continued to shape her approach to cooking and entertaining.
