DIY BURRATA Learn to craft your own burrata in this hands-on class. The talented culinary team will offer their expertise on making this popular, handcrafted cheese, which they create daily for Precita Park Cafe's dinner menu. FOOD & WINE Once your curds are stretched and stuffed, enjoy a three-course menu paired with red and white wines. Taste house-made burrata with beet carpaccio and clementine vinaigrette to start, followed by hand-rolled gnudi with winter spiced duck confit and brussel sprout leaves, followed by light-as-air lemon coconut semifreddo to finish. TAKE HOME RECIPES After class, take home the burrata you made and the confidence to make your own artisan cheese at home. Precita Park Café is a true neighborhood gem. Owners Rachel Herbert and Dana Oppenheim are committed to supporting the community and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. From the butter to the housemade burrata and the hand-rolled gnudi to the sausage, all ingredients are made from scratch daily.
