Here is an introduction into what makes Grits the company, Grits the experience. Dishes as rustic as the people who inspired them and serving the Grits mission to feed mind, body, and soul. I'm serving up some of my staples, the dishes I create when I need to be reminded that at the end of the day, what matters most are the people by my side and a community I call home. So bring your loved ones and prepare to relax, enjoy a moment of good food, new friends, and fun!

Creole Crawfish Dip
Appetizer
Served hot in the skillet with a side of buttermilk biscuits! This dish welcomes your taste buds with a bit of heat, smokey Gouda, and spicy crawfish. A perfect introduction to the meal ahead as a signpost of rustic fare and bold flavors.
Grilled Peach Salad
Small Plate
A mixture of mixed greens, grilled peaches, and candied pecans; this salad is tossed lightly with a sweet tea vinaigrette.
Smoked Brisket, Grits, and Collards
Entree
We rub our beef brisket with our signature coffee rub and then let the smoker take control for about 8 hours. Served with a side of our H.O.G. BBQ Sauce. To accompany, we pair with smoked gouda grits and collard greens cooked with smoked turkey legs.
Hummingbird Cupcakes
Dessert
Sometimes you just get too full from dinner to enjoy dessert right away. Thus enter the cupcake. We take the traditional Hummingbird cake (a moist cake with pineapple, banana, and toasted pecans) and add a sorghum buttermilk frosting to the top. All in all, a sweet ending ready any time you are!
