I share the passion for culinary arts and enjoy making various ethnic dishes but my true passion lies within my dad's pizza recipe.
I do a thin crust, Italian-style pizza, the dough is made from scratch and baked right in front of the guests. It has the characteristic crispy bottom and soft around the edges.
