I moved to Portland from Boston in September 2016. I have worked as Garde Monger at the East Coast Grill and Raw Bar for James Beard winner Chris Schlesinger.
Thereafter I ran Movable Feast Catering before opening Caribbean Taste PDX. I frequently cater for bands as they play in Portland. I think Caribbean cuisine is terribly underrated and there isn't enough of it in town. I'm trying to fix that!
