This meal highlights dishes with flavors unique to the Caribbean. The "meat" menu includes fish, chicken and beef but there is also a vegan menu with a variety of dishes.

Fish Cake with Mango slaw (gluten free)
Pan-fried Alaskan cod, onions, shallots and cilantro with a mango-habanero aioli.
Jamaican-style Beef Pattie with steamed Callaloo
Small Plate
Organic grass-fed beef, onions and spices in a seasoned pastry crust with a side of cooked Caribbean-style greens.
Jerk chicken, rice & peas, fried sweet plantains. (gluten free)
Free-range thigh and drumstick in jerk marinade with a side of house-made hot sauce.
Key Lime Pie
Freshly squeezed key limes, evaporated milk, whipped cream and a graham cracker crust
