Soprano fans all over the world this is Eugene Pontecorvo and yes I'm still ALIVE! Instead of cleaning some timepieces in Brooklyn because they beat up Benny. We are going to create Mama Funaro's "Blue Claw Crab" red sauce and the same recipe works for Lobster sauce. We will talk Soprano's, films, and some other TV shows I have been in too. And more importantly-laugh with a nice glass of vino. Cooking with LOVE in our hearts, this will never fail us. **This experience will be 45 minutes**

Mama Funaro's Blue Claw Crab / Lobster Sauce
Ingredients: 1 pack 16-OZ of Liberty Blue Claw Crabs ( 1/2 a dozen cleaned) 1 Can 28OZ of Tutorossi Crushed Tomatoes 2 Cans 28OZ of Tutorossi Tomato Puree 1 Lb of Vermercelli Spaghetti * 2 Tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 nice size cloves of fresh garlic split in 2's 1 & 1/2 Tbsp. of Oregano 1 Tbsp. of Garlic Granulated powder 1/2-Tbsp. Black pepper 1/2 Tsp. of Red pepper flakes 1/2 Tbsp. of Kosher salt 2 Whole Bay leaves For Lobster sauce: 6 Lobster Claws- *All the same ingredients above. Medium Sized Sauce pot needed
