Bienvenidos!! Welcome!! In this opportunity, chef Rodrigo has put together a four courses menu, integrating Peruvian species and sauces with European Techniques. We are integrating both cultures into one extraordinary experience for you to enjoy alongside of delicately chosen wine pairing, and Peruvian cocktails. Throughout history, Peru had heavy world influences dispersed into their cooking, art, music, and culture. Having said this, we present you the Four Courses Peruvian-European Tasting Menu

Beef tenderloin with delicate cauliflower puree, turned asparagus, pickle red onions, sauteed baby spinach and lomo saltado sauce ( Peruvian sauce)
Citrus plate
Organic dry lemon, Citrus cloves, orange and grapefruit zest in almíbar with delicated caramelized pear puree
