This region’s gastronomy is the result of the old Peru cooking techniques and ingredients fusion with Spanish, African, French, Cantonese, Japanese, and Italian influence from immigrants to this region. Fusion that has been built up onto these dishes, by the past of the century, give these dishes unique taste, and are now brought to your table. In Addition, Pedro Rosales and Rosa los Santos, will be performing life Peruvian Criollo Music. Showcasing Peruvian Cajon and Guitarra, our life Criollo music will complete the full Peruvian experience of delicious food, amazing drinks, and pleasant Peruvian music.
