Roman Valdez is the senior partner at Mosaic Black Group, a digital brand and consulting agency. He is also the chef of the pop up, Chingon, a New Californian cuisine with influences from Mexico, Philipinnes, and South East Asia. Located within the Fuz Lounge in Downtown San Jose.
