I‘m excited to announce the continuation of my wine-fueled pop-up dinner series, in collaboration with Function on NW 23rd Avenue and with Blockhouse at Castaway. I’m calling this moveable feast Bar Muselet.
The focus will be on curated wines from the Northwest, bubbles from the known and barely-known producers of Champagne, plus a selection of old and new wines from around the world. I’ll be creating wine experiences similar to what many of you have shared with me in the past.
