Ron is a bit unique for the position as he has both front and back of house experience. The 2005 San Francisco Chronicle “Rising Star Chef,” brings more than 25 years of culinary and Service experience. Positions at high profile restaurants such as the Domaine Chandon and Aqua, where he garnered 2 Michelin stars. 10 years ago, Ron started working with both Front of house at Domaine Chandon where he was both Gm and Chef! From there and he became director of operations role Bacchus management groups amounts of the groups here in San Francisco. As his true passion is customer interaction and satisfaction he made his way back to small restaurants, and Nightbird.
