Roxana Jullapat

Roxana Jullapat is a pastry chef/master baker/co-owner of Friends & Family in East Hollywood. She was the former pastry chef at AMMO, Lucques and Cooks County, which she owned with husband and chef, Daniel Mattern. She is featured in 'The L. A. Cookbook : Recipes from the Best Restaurants, Bakeries, and Bars in Los Angeles.'
