Rupert Blease is the chef and co-owner of Lord Stanley with his wife, Carrie. Their training which stems from working throughout Europe and the US, most notably at Le Manoir aux Quat Saisons, Per Se, Blue Hill, Texture, L’ Amphytrion, and locally at Central Kitchen and Commonwealth. Him and his wife aim to bring influences from their travels and experiences to Lord Stanley, resulting in a menu that is simple yet refined, with British and European influences.
