Local, seasonal produce in its many forms, fresh, cooked, fermented, preserved, has been at the center of our from-scratch cooking since 2013.
Our inspiration also comes from our combined Italian, French and Southeast Asian roots, and from the techniques and experience we've picked up at restaurants we've worked at (Millennium in SF, Pure Food and Wine in NYC, 3 Michelin starred L'Arpège in Paris...).
