Join us as we prepare some of our favorite dishes from back home, adapted using local produce from the farmers' market and without the meat -but all the flavor. This one is for spice lovers -spicy heat but also spice complexity as we use many aromatics in our cooking. We look forward to cooking for you!

Welcome Tonic
Our botanical tonic with orange blossom water served on ice and topped with sparkling water. Wish to make it boozy? Scroll down for the add-on!
Turnip Cake and Spicy Herb Salad
Small Plate
Pan fried turnip cakes, a favorite hawker center snack, topped with herbs, finely shredded crunchy vegetables and market lettuces in a Thai chile and sesame vinaigrette, dotted with lime and fermented tofu cream and topped with sugar roasted cashews.
Compressed rice cakes topped with fried shallots, scallions, and burdock floss.
Coconut Curry
Thick spicy coconut gravy made from scratch with eggplant, potato, chayote, tempeh, tofu puffs and our vegan soy egg. Fragrant, comforting, vegetable-packed and delicious.
Small Plate
All the fixings to go with the main course: house-made sambal, pickles, peanut acar, "prawn" crackers...
Banana Almond Cake
Let's end on a sweet note with a roasted banana and almond cake, served with pineapple compote and pandan coconut cream.
