As a duo, we've been focusing more on menus reflecting Marie's Singaporean background lately, and less on Shane's Sicilian roots.
For this dinner we're switching it up and bringing back some of our Italian inspired favorites, all vegan and made with and influenced by local seasonal produce.
Our pizza crust, made from scratch (like everything else) is a fluffy, thicker Sicilian style, with lots of olive oil.

Caper Caesar
Small Plate
Crisp lettuces in tangy Caesar dressing, pickled green blueberries, radishes, crisped capers, our shaved parmesan and black pepper.
Mushroom Arancini
Small Plate
Creamy mushroom risotto formed into patties and fried until golden, served with a bright pesto, pine nuts, preserved lemon and roasted mushrooms and broccolini.
Sausage and Cheese Pizza
Entree
A generous slice of our freshly baked Sicilian style pizza, topped with our Italian sausage, cashew cheese, basil and zesty tomato sauce.
Almond Cake with Berries
Dessert
Almond cake served with macerated seasonal berries, our light soymilk yogurt, toasted salted almonds, and tarragon.
