Blind Tiger dining, Shane and Marie (S&M Vegan)'s monthly all vegan supper series, is partnering with Oakland-based cider maker Crooked City Cider for an exciting and unique pairing and community experience this February. Please note, this menu may be subject to slight modifications based on produce and ingredient availability. Crooked City Cider's hand crafted ciders are produced in small batches and contain no artificial flavorings, additives or sugar. Made with fresh, unfiltered apple juice, pressed locally in Northern California. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, their cider provides a beautiful pour and flavor. More at www.crookedcitycider.com

Three hand cut crostini topped with our Fromagerie Essème garlic & herb cashew cream cheese and seasonal produce: Blood orange, avocado, cilantro. Black garlic, seared shallot, basil. Brussels sprout, roasted sweet endive, hazelnut.
