Vegan Nigerian Cuisine is a dinner inspired by the recipes I grew up with as a child along with some of my own adaptations of traditional Nigerian recipes. The table will be full with egusi - a spinach and ground melon seed stew served with fufu - a soft warm dough used for dipping; tomato and pepper stew with coconut rice; and chocolate puff puff - a sweet fried dough. These recipes are close to my heart and I feel very lucky to be able to share them with you.
