Vegan Nigerian Cuisine is a dinner inspired by the recipes I grew up with as a child along with some of my own adaptations of traditional Nigerian recipes. The table will be full with oven roasted plantain rolled in toasted coconut; mashed black-eyed pea and red palm oil soup; and chocolate puff puff - a delicious sweet fried dough. These recipes are close to my heart and I feel very lucky to be able to share them with you.
