Vegan Nigerian Cuisine is a dinner inspired by the recipes I grew up with as a child along with some of my own adaptations of traditional Nigerian recipes. The table will be full with mashed black-eyed peas topped with chili sauce; palm fruit stew cooked with bitterleaf; and a sweet mango cake topped with cashew lime cream . These recipes are close to my heart and I feel very lucky to be able to share them with you.
