Vegan Nigerian Cuisine is a dinner consisting of the recipes I grew up with as a child along with some of my own adaptations of traditional Nigerian recipes. The table will be full with mango cabbage salad with cilantro lime dressing; black-eyed pea and tomato stew with dodo - fried plantain; palm fruit stew cooked with bitterleaf; and chocolate puff puff - a delicious sweet fried dough. These recipes are close to my heart and I feel very lucky to be able to share them with you.
